Of heb je het gewoon te druk om \u00fcberhaupt in de wachtrij te staan tot je een bedrijf aan de telefoon krijgt? Google heeft daar de oplossing voor, Google Assistent. Voor alle Apple gebruikers, het is vergelijkbaar met Siri. Alleen krijgt Google Assistent steeds meer features. De nieuwste feature is dat Google Assistent nu voor jou afspraken kan maken over de telefoon. En de persoon aan de andere kant had geen idee dat ze met een digitale KI-helper in gesprek was. CEO Sundar Pichai gaf aan dat dit een echte oproep was met behulp van Assistent en niet een \u2018neppe\u2019 demo. Daarnaast verteld hij hoe bijzonder het is dat de assistent het gesprek echt begrijpt en op alles een antwoord terug heeft. Deze technologie waar zij de laatste jaren aan hebben gewerkt heet Google Duplex. Duplex voelt echt aan als een manier van kunstmatige intelligentie gebruiken op het hoogste niveau. Maar wel gaf Pichai aan dat het nog steeds erg in ontwikkeling is. Google is van plan deze zomer vroegtijdig Duplex-assistent te testen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens laten ze nog een tweede gesprek horen. In dit gesprek begrijpt degene van het restaurant af en toe niet wat er gevraagd wordt. Maar zelfs dan weet de assistent altijd antwoord te kunnen geven. Pichai zegt dat de assistent intelligent kan reageren, zelfs als een gesprek niet verloopt zoals verwacht en iets afwijkt van het gegeven doel.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In de huidige tests merkt Google op dat Duplex de meeste gesprekken en taken op zichzelf tot een goed einde brengt zonder tussenkomst van een persoon van Google. Maar er zijn gevallen waarin het overweldigend wordt en het gesprek overhandigd wordt aan een menselijke operator. Daarom zal Google de komende tijd nog veel bezig blijven met het testen en aanpassen van deze technologie. En wie weet hoeven we over een tijdje niet meer in de wachtrij te staan om de huisarts aan de telefoon te krijgen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geen zin om zelf te bellen?
