The scope of our privacy policy

Our privacy policy covers all personal data that Korma IT Solutions BV (Bredaseweg 204-11, 5038 NK Tilburg) and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as 'KORMA', 'we' and 'us') collect about you, and all purposes for which we use that data. We collect personal information about you when you use our services, contact us, or when third parties provide us with this information. This policy explains for each purpose what data we collect, why we need that data, and how long we keep the data. We also explain how we protect your personal data and how you can access and manage this data.

  • LinkedIn account (optional)
  • Name of organization
  • Payment details
  • Billing information
  • The actual content of possible messages

We ask you for this personal information in order to properly perform the agreement between you and KORMA and to maintain the customer relationship with you. We also sometimes use the data to inform you about other products or services that we offer. In this case, the personal data will be kept until the term of the agreement has expired. However, there may be certain legal reasons (such as tax law) that require us to keep the data longer.

2. Contact or request a demo

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • Name and position of the applicant

  • (Business email address
  • Gender (optional)
  • Name of organization

We need this personal data to provide you with a login to our online environment or to perform a demo and to be able to maintain contact with you afterwards. The personal data associated with such request will be deleted after a reasonable period of time after the purpose has been completed.

III. Participation in a webinar or event

When you register for a KORMA webinar or event, we process the following personal data:

  • Name and position of the applicant
  • Name of organization
  • (Business) telephone number
  • (Business email address
  • (Business) address details
  • (Business) billing information (if applicable)
  • (Business) payment details (if applicable)
  • The actual content of possible messages

We may also need this information to send you a quote, the necessary guidance documents and practical information, and to invoice (if applicable). The personal data associated with such request will be deleted after a reasonable period of time after the purpose has been completed.

3. Third Parties

KORMA will only share your personal information with third parties when we are legally entitled to do so. There could be several reasons for this:

  • When we have engaged third parties to process data, for example to send you information
  • When it is necessary for the performance of our services
  • For the further development of our website and applications
  • When we have a legitimate interest in doing so
  • When we have obtained your consent
  • When we are legally obliged to do so

Security and storage of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we use the same technical and organizational security measures that are standard in our industry to protect your personal data against misuse, loss or unauthorized access.

Depending on the type of personal data, its purpose and the applicable reasons or permission for storage, data is stored for a certain period of time, but never longer than necessary or permitted. After this period has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymized. If this is not possible, the information will be stored separately so that it can no longer be used until its deletion becomes possible. KORMA business partners

We sometimes share your personal information with KORMA business partners in order to operate and improve our services and to provide you with other related services.

Business transfer

In the event of an acquisition, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of part of KORMA or KORMA in its entirety, your personal data may be shared or transferred, provided that the data continues to be collected, processed and shared for their original purpose.

Applicable law

Your rights in relation to your personal data

SaaS and support services

If you are a KORMA customer and use our SaaS or support services, we ask you to direct your questions about the processing and sharing of the personal data in your KORMA environment to your personal account manager.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy without prior notice in order to adapt to changes in our services, our organization or the applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies

Like many other websites, we also use "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a server. Newsletter

We offer a digital newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about news in IT & Marketing, relevant promotions or updates and related matters. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. The subscriber base of the newsletter is not provided to third parties.
